Core concepts

At its core, Cortex Click is an intelligent engine for generating content and finding answers to questions that are grounded in your existing knowledge base. It consists of three pillars:

Catalogs: A system for organizing and ingesting your data, cleaning it, keeping it up to date, and making it available to customized AI agents called "Cortexes".
Cortexes: Customized agents that have access to a set of catalogs in order to generate high quality content and answers. Each cortex can be customized with instructions on the task to accomplish, rules on what it is and is not allowed to do, and tunable personality and voice to stay consistent with your brand.
Intelligent Content Engine: Ways to interact with your cortexes including long-form content editors, public docs copilots that you can embed on your site, and private authenticated chat sessions that allow you to work with sensitive internal data.
